Banque Populaire Atlantique has started work on its new building in Angers. The new building, with elliptical shapes, takes place on its historic Nid-de-Pie site which covers 2.8 hectares. It is positioned on the tip of the plot on the edge of the expressway. The developer-builder ADI (real estate development agency) and Forma 6 architects won the consultation launched in 2015. The building covers 2,231 m2 in R+2 with 120 overhead parking spaces. The ground floor is reserved for clients of corporate, agricultural and private banking agencies. The two upper floors house around a hundred employees in charge of administrative activities. A 100-seat amphitheater completes the ensemble.
